Key Responsibilities
- Assisting Waxing Specialists with client preparation and clean-up procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized waxing station and treatment rooms.
- Sterilizing tools and equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Greeting clients warmly, preparing them for services, and ensuring their comfort.
- Managing appointment schedules and client records.
- Re-stocking supplies and notifying management of low inventory.
- Learning and mastering various waxing techniques and product knowledge.
- Providing exceptional customer service and promoting salon products/services.
- Handling client inquiries and booking appointments.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in the beauty industry and waxing services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification (in progress or completed).
- Knowledge of different waxing products and techniques.
- Proficiency with salon management software.
