Job Description
Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic 15-year-old looking for your first job in a fun, lively environment? Chuck E. Cheese in Southlands, Aurora, Colorado, is seeking a Playground Host to help create unforgettable experiences for our young guests. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn, interact with children, and be a part of a team dedicated to joy and entertainment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of children in our play areas, facilitating games, and maintaining a clean and welcoming space.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with children and families in the playground and game areas, ensuring a fun and safe experience.
- Monitor play equipment for safety, reporting any issues immediately to a supervisor.
- Assist children with games and activities, demonstrating enthusiasm and encouraging participation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the playground and surrounding areas, including wiping down surfaces and tidying toys.
- Help enforce playground rules in a friendly and constructive manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and directing guests as needed.
- Support party hosts and other team members during busy periods.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Must be 15 years old as per state labor laws.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoys working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
