Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. This is a 100% remote, full-time position where you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing outstanding support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and helpful service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Experience working in a remote capacity.
  • Associate's degree or higher.
