Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable 14-year-old teens to join our team as Baggers, assisting customers with their grocery and fast food orders. This entry-level position is perfect for young individuals looking to gain their first work experience, develop valuable customer service skills, and contribute to a friendly and fast-paced retail environment. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and carefully bag groceries and fast food items.
- Assist customers with carrying groceries to their vehicles when needed.
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout lanes and front-end areas.
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service.
- Assist with light stocking or front-facing products as needed.
- Adhere to all store policies and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds comfortably.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
