Job Description

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking enthusiastic and discreet individuals to join our team as Resort Mystery Guests for the summer season. This unique, all-expenses-paid opportunity offers you the chance to experience our world-class resorts while providing invaluable feedback on service quality, amenities, and overall guest satisfaction. You will travel to designated Four Seasons properties, evaluating all aspects of the guest journey from booking to departure, ensuring our high standards are consistently met. This role is perfect for individuals with keen observation skills, a passion for luxury travel, and a commitment to helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned mystery guest visits to various Four Seasons resort properties as per schedule.
  • Thoroughly evaluate all aspects of the guest experience, including check-in/out, dining, spa services, recreational activities, room service, and cleanliness.
  • Interact with staff discreetly, observing their professionalism, attentiveness, and adherence to service standards.
  • Document detailed, objective, and unbiased feedback on services, facilities, and staff interactions.
  • Complete comprehensive reports and surveys within specified deadlines, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments, observations, and findings.
  • Adhere to all guidelines and protocols provided for each mystery visit.
