Key Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, software updates, and service offerings.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support technicians or specialized teams when necessary.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and patient demeanor during all customer interactions.
