Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Concierge Receptionist to join our team at a luxury high-rise residential property in Pasco, WA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, embodying the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and secure environment, providing exceptional customer service, and efficiently managing various administrative and resident support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all residents and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling general inquiries.
  • Assist residents with a wide range of requests, including package delivery, dry cleaning services, taxi arrangements, restaurant reservations, and event tickets.
  • Monitor security cameras and manage access control systems for the building, ensuring resident safety and privacy.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable lobby and reception area.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, notifying residents promptly.
  • Coordinate with building management and maintenance staff to address resident concerns and service requests efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of resident interactions, visitor activity, and service requests.
  • Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities.
  • Handle minor administrative tasks as required by the property management team.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role (1+ year preferred)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a concierge or receptionist in a luxury hotel or residential setting.
  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage).
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field.
