Job Description
This unique part-time opportunity involves covertly assessing security procedures, customer service, and overall operational efficiency at Madison’s airport terminal. As an Airport Terminal Mystery Shopper, you will be a critical part of our team, providing unbiased, detailed feedback on passenger experiences, security checkpoint protocols, staff interactions, and facility standards. This role requires exceptional observation skills, discretion, and a keen eye for detail, particularly regarding high-security areas and compliance. You will help us identify areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement, contributing directly to enhancing safety and service quality for millions of travelers. A bonus structure is in place for consistently high-quality reporting and exceptional findings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to the airport terminal, adhering strictly to pre-defined scenarios and checklists.
- Observe and document specific elements related to security procedures (e.g., screening process, staff vigilance, protocol adherence), customer service interactions, cleanliness, and facility maintenance.
- Interact with airport staff and services in a natural, inconspicuous manner.
- Complete detailed and accurate reports, including objective observations and subjective evaluations, within specified deadlines.
- Capture necessary photographic evidence (where permitted and safe) to support observations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion throughout all assignments.
- Communicate any urgent findings or concerns promptly to the project manager.
