Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Filter Technician to join our growing team in Land O’ Lakes, FL. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start a career in the HVAC industry. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to excel. You will be responsible for the routine maintenance and replacement of air filters in various HVAC systems, ensuring optimal air quality and system efficiency for our residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, cleaning, and replacement of HVAC air filters according to established schedules and protocols.
- Document all maintenance activities, including filter types, sizes, dates of service, and any notable observations.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service performed and basic recommendations for maintaining indoor air quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper handling and disposal of materials.
- Assist senior technicians with basic tasks as needed, providing an opportunity for further learning and development.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
