Job Description
Are you a highly motivated and sales-driven individual looking to launch or advance your career in real estate? Greystar is seeking an enthusiastic Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team in Amherst, MA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for showcasing our beautiful properties, explaining lease terms, and guiding applicants through the leasing process. This position offers a competitive base salary plus attractive commission on every lease you secure, rewarding your sales success and dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Effectively communicate lease terms, pricing, and community policies to potential renters.
- Process rental applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Follow up with prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files and property records.
- Participate in outreach marketing activities to generate new leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
