Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Operate essential warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and various scanning devices, after proper training.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular stock checks and ensuring proper storage of products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and fulfillment goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse workspace.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to order processing or inventory.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and carry for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy to operate scanning and inventory systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or retail environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
