Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, observant, and enjoy visiting various businesses? Market Force Information is seeking independent Secret Shopping Contractors to join our network in the Oxford, MS area. This 1099 contract position offers ultimate flexibility – you choose the assignments that fit your schedule, allowing you to earn income on your terms. As a Secret Shopping Contractor, you will act as a regular customer, evaluating customer service, product quality, store cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards at assigned locations. Your valuable feedback helps businesses enhance their customer experience. No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training and guidelines for each assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and complete mystery shopping assignments as they become available in your area.
- Visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, or service providers, posing as a typical customer.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including service quality, product availability, cleanliness, and employee interactions.
- Accurately record and report observations and experiences using our online reporting system.
- Adhere strictly to assignment guidelines, timelines, and confidentiality requirements.
- Provide objective, detailed, and constructive feedback based on your shopping experience.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion during all assignments.
