Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and critically-minded Creative Coherence Analyst to join our AI Quality Control team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the high-quality output and creative consistency of our AI models. You will meticulously review AI-generated content, identify discrepancies, ensure brand voice adherence, and provide valuable feedback to refine our AI systems. This position is vital for maintaining the excellence and reliability of IBM’s AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Rigorously review AI-generated content (text, imagery, code snippets, etc.) for creative coherence, factual accuracy, and alignment with specified guidelines and brand standards.
- Identify patterns of inconsistency, bias, or poor quality in AI outputs and articulate findings clearly to AI development teams.
- Provide actionable feedback and constructive criticism to improve AI model performance and output quality.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, content creators, and product managers to define and refine quality metrics and evaluation criteria.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of AI quality issues, resolutions, and best practices.
- Stay informed on the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to anticipate potential quality challenges.
- Participate in the development of new AI quality assurance processes and tools.
