Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Ground Support Associate to join our team in Sugar Land, TX. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our package handling and delivery processes. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse and on the ground, contributing to our commitment to timely and reliable service. Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from company vehicles, conveyors, and sorting equipment.
- Sort and scan packages according to destination and service type.
- Operate hand trucks, dollies, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect packages for damage and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
