Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Electronic Gaming Auditor to join our team, focusing on arcade and casino operations during the night shift. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all electronic gaming machines and related systems. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of electronic gaming machines (EGMs) including slots, video poker, and arcade games, primarily during night hours.
  • Verify game payouts, jackpot triggers, and progressive links for accuracy and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect and reconcile cash boxes, bill validators, and coin hoppers.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, unusual activities, or potential fraudulent behavior.
  • Review and verify game configuration settings and software versions.
  • Ensure all gaming equipment is operating according to established specifications and licensing agreements.
  • Document audit findings accurately and comprehensively, preparing detailed reports for management.
  • Collaborate with gaming operations, security, and IT teams to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Stay current with gaming regulations, industry best practices, and new technologies in electronic gaming.
  • Provide recommendations for improving internal controls and operational efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and gaming regulatory mandates.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in using auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

  • Availability to work consistently on night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Knowledge of state and federal gaming regulations.
  • Familiarity with various types of electronic gaming machines and their operations.
