Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our Treasury Department as an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist. This position is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, supporting our treasury operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining various financial records with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input financial data, transactions, and other critical information into our treasury systems.
- Verify data integrity and consistency to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors.
- Assist with the reconciliation of accounts and financial statements as directed.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Generate basic reports and summaries from financial data as needed by the team.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient treasury operations.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Participate in continuous learning and training programs to enhance financial knowledge and skills.
