Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with car wash selections and provide friendly service.
- Guide vehicles onto the wash conveyor and ensure proper positioning.
- Perform pre-wash preparation, including scrubbing stubborn spots and applying specialized cleaning solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tidying up the wash bay and vacuum areas.
- Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality and address any customer concerns.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and direct more complex issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
