Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic 17-year-old individuals to join our team as Logistics Sorters in our fast-paced Fairbanks warehouse. This entry-level position is perfect for students or young adults looking to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for accurately sorting packages, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring efficient flow of goods within our logistics network. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of warehouse operations and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort packages by destination, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Load and unload packages from trucks and conveyor belts.
- Scan packages using handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
