Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Aesthetic Patient Concierge to be the face and voice of our esteemed clinic. This vital role involves managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every individual who walks through our doors or contacts us. As an Aesthetic Patient Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, educating patients about our services, and supporting our medical and aesthetic teams. This is a 100% office-based position, requiring your presence at our state-of-the-art facility in Brampton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and check-in patients, ensuring a comfortable and efficient arrival and departure process.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with precision and empathy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about services, procedures, and pricing.
  • Conduct patient consultations to understand their needs, explain treatment options, and recommend suitable services.
  • Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and patient waiting areas.
  • Collaborate closely with aestheticians, nurses, and physicians to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Assist with inventory management of retail products and clinic supplies.
  • Proactively identify and resolve patient concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and clinic offerings.

  • Certification in Medical Office Administration or a related field.
  • Bilingualism (e.g., English and Punjabi, Hindi, or French) is an asset.
