Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all patients and visitors to the clinic.
- Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and scheduling efficiently using our clinic management software.
- Provide comprehensive information to patients about our services, treatments, and products.
- Process patient registrations, payments, and insurance forms accurately.
- Maintain a pristine and organized reception area and patient waiting lounge.
- Assist with inventory management of products and clinic supplies.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Support administrative tasks and clinic operations as needed.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all clinic policies and procedures.
