Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Aesthetics Nurse (RN) with a strong focus on Botox and dermal filler injections to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who is eager to deliver exceptional client outcomes, build lasting relationships, and capitalize on a high-commission structure. You will be responsible for providing expert consultations, developing customized treatment plans, and performing a wide range of injectable aesthetic procedures. Success in this role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations, assess aesthetic concerns, and recommend appropriate injectable treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, etc.).
- Develop personalized and comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
- Accurately and safely administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers, adhering to best practices and company protocols.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions and ensure client comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.
- Educate clients on product knowledge, treatment benefits, and long-term aesthetic maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with the medical director and other team members to ensure seamless client experience and optimal results.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic techniques, products, and safety standards through continuous education.
- Actively participate in promotional events and contribute to the growth and success of the medspa.
- Maintain a sterile and organized treatment environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience performing Botox and dermal filler injections.
- Proven expertise in facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment.
- Exceptional patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong sales and client retention abilities, with a focus on building a loyal client base.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced certifications in aesthetic injectables or related procedures.
- Experience with other aesthetic treatments (e.g., lasers, microneedling, PRP).
- Prior experience in a high-volume medspa or dermatology practice.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build a robust client book.
- Active participation in professional aesthetic organizations.
