Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level AI Ethics & Safety Evaluator to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the responsible development and deployment of Google’s cutting-edge AI technologies. You will analyze AI systems for potential biases, fairness issues, privacy concerns, and societal impacts. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI models and applications for adherence to ethical principles and safety guidelines.
- Identify and document potential biases, fairness issues, and other ethical risks in AI systems.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of AI ethics and safety evaluation methodologies.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and product managers to integrate ethical considerations into the AI development lifecycle.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and research in AI ethics, safety, and responsible AI.
- Prepare concise reports and presentations on evaluation findings and recommendations.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to a culture of ethical awareness and responsible innovation.
