Job Description

As an AI Interaction Coach, you will be at the forefront of responsible AI development, working closely with AI researchers, engineers, and product managers. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing chatbot interactions to identify areas for improved empathy and natural language understanding.
- Develop and implement coaching strategies to infuse emotional intelligence and empathetic responses into AI dialogue flows.
- Design, curate, and annotate training data sets with a focus on empathetic language and sentiment.
- Provide detailed feedback and insights to AI engineering teams on model performance and areas needing refinement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and uphold ethical guidelines for AI communication.
- Participate in user experience testing and iterative development cycles to enhance AI conversational capabilities.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in natural language processing, AI ethics, and human-computer interaction.
