Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Scriptwriter to join our dynamic Digital Media and YouTube content creation team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. As an AI Scriptwriter, you will be instrumental in developing engaging, high-quality scripts for various digital media formats, with a particular emphasis on YouTube content. You will leverage AI tools and your creative writing skills to generate compelling narratives, outlines, and full scripts that resonate with target audiences and align with our brand’s voice and objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of digital content trends, audience engagement strategies, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced AI-powered writing tools and platforms to generate initial script concepts, outlines, and drafts for YouTube videos and other digital media.
- Edit, refine, and humanize AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, originality, and alignment with brand guidelines and editorial standards.
- Conduct thorough research on trending topics, audience demographics, and competitor strategies to inform content creation and maximize engagement.
- Collaborate closely with content strategists, video producers, and AI development teams to integrate scripts seamlessly into production workflows.
- Develop a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm and best practices for script optimization to enhance visibility and viewer retention.
- Manage multiple scriptwriting projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and innovative storytelling approaches using AI capabilities.
Required Skills
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Proven experience in scriptwriting for digital media, especially YouTube.
