Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional AI Technical Writer to join our dynamic team, focusing on developing clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for our cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence products and platforms. This high-impact role involves close collaboration with AI researchers, engineers, product managers, and support teams to translate complex technical concepts into accessible user guides, API documentation, tutorials, and support content. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, excellent writing skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple documentation projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Design, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for AI/ML products, APIs, and internal tools, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to gather information, understand product features, and identify documentation requirements.
- Develop and implement documentation strategies and best practices, including style guides, templates, and content management systems.
- Conduct thorough reviews and edits of content from other writers and subject matter experts.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools, leveraging innovative approaches to content delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert for documentation on relevant AI technologies, providing support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage documentation projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, with a focus on software development or AI/ML technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning concepts, and related terminology.
- Experience with various documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Markdown, Sphinx, Doxygen, Confluence, GitHub).
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Experience working with large-scale, enterprise-level AI systems or cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud AI, TensorFlow).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of technical documentation samples, including API documentation and conceptual guides.
- Experience with user experience (UX) principles and information architecture.
