Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Partner to join our Business Support team. This 100% remote role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to various departments within Apple. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment, demonstrating exceptional discretion, initiative, and problem-solving abilities. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, supporting critical business functions from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule virtual meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and databases, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements as needed, considering remote team logistics.
  • Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets.
  • Facilitate communication between various teams and stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing administrative and logistical support.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment for remote team members.
  • Proactively identify and address potential administrative challenges, offering effective solutions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Apple's suite of software (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
  • High degree of adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience supporting executive-level management.
  • Familiarity with project management software and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
  • Proven experience in a fully remote or hybrid work environment.
