Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Apple Project Coordinator to join our Corporate Support team. This role is crucial in facilitating the smooth execution of projects related to Apple product integration, deployment, and support within our corporate environment. You will work closely with IT, procurement, and various business units to ensure Apple-related initiatives are completed on time and within scope. This position offers flexible work-from-home options, allowing you to contribute significantly from a remote setting while staying connected to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track all phases of Apple-related projects, from initiation to closure, including device deployments, software updates, and ecosystem integrations.
- Serve as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and progress reports.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in the development of project plans, defining objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with technical and business teams.
- Identify potential project roadblocks and collaborate with team members to develop solutions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and best practices for Apple device management and security.
- Support the corporate IT team in troubleshooting and resolving escalated Apple-related support issues as needed.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in an IT or corporate support environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Apple macOS and iOS operating systems, devices, and ecosystem (e.g., Apple Business Manager, MDM solutions).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and as part of a collaborative team.
- Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP or CAPM certification, or working towards one.
- Experience with enterprise-level Apple deployments and support.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework or other service management best practices.
- Experience in the retail industry.
