Job Description

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a highly organized and motivated Artist Management Coordinator to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. You will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations and logistics for our artists, ensuring smooth execution of their projects, tours, and appearances. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, ground transportation) for artists and their teams.
- Manage artist calendars, schedules, and appointments, ensuring all engagements are met efficiently.
- Act as a primary liaison between artists, management, venues, promoters, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize necessary documentation, contracts, riders, and itineraries for events and tours.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and financial reconciliation for artist projects.
- Facilitate communication and information flow, ensuring all parties are aligned on artist activities.
- Provide on-site support at events, rehearsals, and appearances as required.
- Research and compile information on venues, service providers, and industry trends.
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of artist management activities.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with tour management software or project management tools.
- Experience with budget management and expense tracking.
