Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick up food orders from various restaurants and stores within Derry/Londonderry.
- Safely and promptly deliver orders to customers, ensuring food quality is maintained.
- Interact with customers and restaurant staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while cycling.
- Utilise the Deliveroo rider app to manage deliveries, routes, and communicate with support.
- Represent Deliveroo with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- Proficient cycling skills and comfort navigating city streets.
- Good knowledge of Derry/Londonderry's geography and routes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- A working smartphone with a data plan.
- Your own roadworthy bicycle and a safety helmet.

- Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role.
