Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Brand Standards Auditor to join our quality assurance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for upholding the impeccable brand standards across our diverse portfolio of properties within the Santa Clara region. You will conduct thorough inspections, provide constructive feedback, and work collaboratively with property management to ensure consistent delivery of the Hilton guest experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular, unannounced, and scheduled audits of Hilton properties to ensure compliance with all brand standards, operational procedures, and service protocols.
  • Document findings accurately, including areas of non-compliance, best practices, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports, detailing observations, recommendations, and corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with property general managers and department heads to review audit findings and develop strategies for implementing necessary improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to property staff on brand standards and best practices.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and conduct follow-up audits as required.
  • Stay current with evolving brand standards, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of auditing processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or operations within the hospitality or retail sector.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet audit schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback professionally.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar professional certification.
  • Experience with auditing software or quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with Hilton brand standards and operational procedures.
