Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain the pristine condition of assigned luxury vehicles, including regular cleaning and basic operational checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage, managing special requests, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Plan optimal routes, considering real-time traffic patterns, client preferences, and schedules to ensure timely arrivals.
- Exercise utmost discretion and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to company protocols for vehicle maintenance, client interaction, and safety standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing EmpireCLS with distinction.
- Accurately log all trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 5 years).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the New York metropolitan area roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong sense of punctuality, reliability, and responsibility.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and real-time traffic applications.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience driving luxury sedans, SUVs, or limousines.
- Completion of a defensive driving course or advanced driver training.
