Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organised Corporate Office Restocking Assistant to join our Ilford team. In this day shift role, you will be responsible for ensuring our office kitchens and communal areas are consistently stocked with a variety of snacks, beverages, and essential supplies. This position is crucial for maintaining a comfortable and productive work environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of snacks, beverages, and kitchen supplies in all designated office areas.
- Perform regular inventory checks and submit accurate restocking requests to ensure timely procurement.
- Organise and arrange items neatly in fridges, cupboards, and display areas, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Rotate stock to minimise waste and ensure freshness of perishable items.
- Keep all pantry, kitchen, and communal break areas clean, tidy, and presentable throughout the day.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of supplies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues in kitchen areas to appropriate personnel.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry supplies (up to 10kg) and be on your feet for extended periods.
- A proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar office support, hospitality, or retail stocking role.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
