Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and community-focused CU Teller to join our team in the vibrant Financial District of San Francisco. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing positively to their local community. As a CU Teller, you will be the face of Wells Fargo, handling daily transactions, assisting customers with their banking needs, and identifying opportunities to provide financial solutions that make a real difference. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Wells Fargo's products and services to effectively assist customers and make appropriate referrals.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable banking solutions, products, and services.
  • Handle cash and coin, ensuring balancing at the end of each shift.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Engage with community initiatives and events championed by Wells Fargo.
