Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on customer orders using handheld scanners or other tools.
- Verify product numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate containers for shipment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks or other equipment to move products as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand English instructions and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or similar environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
