Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and hygienists during various dental procedures, from routine exams to complex treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and materials are sterile and readily available.
• Greet and prepare patients for dental treatment, making them feel comfortable and informed.
• Learn to take and develop dental X-rays under supervision, adhering to safety protocols.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Manage inventory of dental supplies and order new stock as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs provided by the company.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety standards.
• Perform basic laboratory procedures, such as pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
