Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and perform high-quality interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
- Train and mentor junior detailers on best practices and Midas standards.
- Ensure all detailing equipment is properly maintained and supplies are stocked.
- Inspect finished vehicles to ensure superior quality and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling detailing appointments and managing workflow efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and feedback.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of detailing processes and techniques.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in automotive detailing (minimum 1 year).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Basic understanding of detailing chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
