Job Description

As a Dispensary Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dispensary operations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all patients, and upholding our commitment to compliance and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients to the dispensary with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist patients with check-in procedures, verifying identification and medical cannabis recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dispensary environment.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Restock product displays and ensure proper inventory levels under supervision.
- Educate patients on various product types and consumption methods (training provided).
- Adhere to all state regulations and company policies regarding medical cannabis sales.
- Provide basic administrative support as needed to the dispensary team.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the dispensary.
