Job Description

Merry Maids is looking for dedicated Domestic Cleaners in Holiday, Florida, who want the flexibility to choose their own client houses and manage their schedules. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing, ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Manage a portfolio of client homes, scheduling appointments and maintaining consistent communication regarding services.
- Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company safety guidelines.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages observed in client homes.
- Adhere to client-specific requests and preferences while maintaining efficiency and quality.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Represent Merry Maids professionally and maintain a positive attitude with clients.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning (personal experience counts!).
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
