Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable EA Sports FC Specialist with a global soccer focus to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for enhancing our engagement with the EA Sports FC community, gathering valuable feedback, and contributing to the evolution of the game. You will act as a bridge between our development teams and the global player base, ensuring that player insights are integrated into our product roadmap. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the specified region.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor global soccer trends, leagues, players, and real-world events relevant to EA Sports FC.
- Engage with the EA Sports FC global community across various platforms (forums, social media, events).
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize player feedback, insights, and sentiment related to gameplay, features, and content.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on community feedback and present findings to internal development and product teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and community management teams to develop engaging content and campaigns.
- Assist in testing new features, content, and game modes, providing detailed feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with competitive gaming landscapes, esports events, and competitor titles in the soccer genre.
- Act as an internal subject matter expert on global soccer and its representation within EA Sports FC.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding and passion for global soccer culture, leagues, and history.
- Expert-level knowledge of EA Sports FC gameplay, mechanics, and game modes.
- Proven experience in community engagement, moderation, or support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and player feedback.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, remote team.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Experience participating in or organizing esports events for soccer titles.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting software.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation (e.g., streaming, video editing, social media management) related to gaming.
