Job Description

Join Electronic Arts as a Home Support Specialist and be a vital part of our global customer service team. In this fully remote role, you will provide exceptional technical support and customer assistance to EA players around the world, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and enhance their gaming experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate technical support to players via chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot game-related issues, account problems, billing inquiries, and technical difficulties.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Document all player interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with EA's game titles, services, and support tools.
  • Educate players on game features, best practices, and self-help resources.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold EA's commitment to player satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency with common computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and web browsers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • A stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
  • Basic knowledge of gaming platforms (PC, console, mobile).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Familiarity with Electronic Arts games and services.
  • Additional language proficiency (especially Spanish, French, or German).
  • Certification in IT support or customer service.
  • Previous remote work experience.
