Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Aide with a strong focus on sourcing to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our recruiters in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for various positions across Electronic Arts. Your primary focus will be on proactive candidate sourcing, database management, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to interview scheduling. Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates using various tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, etc.)
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates, presenting EA's employee value proposition and assessing initial fit
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing complex calendars and logistics
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters, onboarding documents, and managing recruitment correspondence
- Assist in the organization and execution of recruitment events, career fairs, and university partnerships
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for sourcing and recruitment processes
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment support or sourcing role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Demonstrated experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or entertainment industry
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion sourcing strategies
- Passion for video games and the interactive entertainment industry
