Job Description

Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you become a fry station master. As a key member of our kitchen team, you’ll be responsible for preparing our iconic fries and other fried menu items to the highest standards of quality and speed. Key Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining fryers according to McDonald's standards and safety guidelines.
- Ensuring the consistent quality and portioning of all fried products.
- Monitoring oil quality and performing regular oil filtering and changes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized fry station area.
- Managing stock rotation and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborating effectively with kitchen and counter staff to ensure smooth service.
- Contributing to a positive and respectful team environment.
