Job Description
Are you a motivated individual eager to start your career in customer service and client relations? Concentrix is seeking Freshers Customer Liaisons to join our dynamic team in La Jolla, CA. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience while receiving paid certification from Concentrix. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive brand experience. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a desire to grow within a global organization. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and issues.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve customer service processes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data security.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
