Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Google Administrative Partner to provide exceptional business support in a fully remote capacity. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our Google-focused projects and internal teams, requiring a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will be instrumental in supporting senior management and project leads by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments for multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining organized digital files.
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks, tracking deadlines, and managing workflows.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports as needed (minimal, given remote nature).
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support business operations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in an administrative or business support role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or project managers.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  • Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
  • Experience working with global teams.
