Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Google Career Development Aide to support our HR Technology team. This fully remote role will focus on assisting with initiatives that enhance career growth and learning experiences for Google employees globally, leveraging cutting-edge HR technology solutions. You will play a crucial part in the operational success of various career development programs, helping to streamline processes, manage data, and provide essential administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR Tech environment within one of the world’s leading technology companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for various career development programs and initiatives.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of HR technology platforms related to learning and career growth.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR Business Partners, Learning & Development) to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Prepare and update program materials, presentations, and internal communications.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding career development resources and HR tech tools.
- Contribute to documentation of processes and best practices within the HR Tech domain.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, HR Technology, or Learning & Development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with HRIS or learning management systems (LMS).
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
