Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Influencer Relations Specialist with a strong focus on creative talent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with top-tier creative talent and influencers across various platforms to support Google’s brand initiatives and product launches. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative influencer strategies that resonate with target audiences, drive engagement, and elevate Google’s presence in the creative community. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and recruit high-impact creative talent and influencers aligned with Google's brand values and campaign objectives.
- Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from strategy development and content creation brief to execution and performance analysis.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers and their management teams.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and disclosures.
- Monitor influencer trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and PR teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or talent management, specifically with creative professionals (artists, designers, creators, filmmakers, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to identify emerging talent and trends.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with global brands or within the technology industry.
- Existing network of creative talent or influencer contacts.
- Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Experience with contract negotiation and legal compliance for talent partnerships.
