Job Description

We are urgently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Google Remote Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position where you will provide essential technical assistance for a wide range of Google products and services to users across various platforms. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, providing effective solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various Google products and platforms (e.g., Gmail, Google Drive, Chrome, Android, Google Workspace).
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware-related issues efficiently and accurately through remote channels.
  • Communicate solutions and technical information clearly and patiently to users with varying technical expertise.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and relevant details meticulously in our ticketing system.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and timely service.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Stay updated on new Google products, features, and support best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Identify and report recurring technical issues to help improve product and service quality.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Google ecosystem (e.g., Gmail, Google Drive, Chrome, Android, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and mobile devices (Android, iOS).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote technical support position.
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation).
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
