Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Google Sales Support Specialist with a focus on Lead Management to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales initiatives by efficiently managing the lead lifecycle, ensuring sales teams have access to high-quality, pre-qualified prospects. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes, contributing directly to our revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the lead database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on established criteria and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Monitor lead flow, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to the lead management process.
  • Generate reports on lead performance, conversion rates, and sales pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign performance and provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Assist sales teams with administrative tasks related to lead follow-up and CRM usage.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for lead management procedures and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to sales teams on lead management tools and systems.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales support, lead generation, or lead management.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Google Ads or other Google marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding of sales cycles and B2B sales processes.
  • Certification in relevant CRM platforms.
