Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and medically knowledgeable Health Bot Validator to join our innovative AI team. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, safety, and reliability of Google’s AI-powered health bots. Your expertise will directly contribute to the quality of information provided to users, impacting healthcare outcomes and user trust. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing, testing, and validating conversational AI responses related to medical queries, symptoms, treatments, and general health information. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of accuracy and ethical AI development.
Key Responsibilities
- Rigorously review and validate AI bot responses to health-related queries for accuracy, completeness, and clinical appropriateness.
- Identify and flag potential inaccuracies, biases, or unsafe recommendations in AI-generated content.
- Provide detailed feedback and annotations to improve bot performance and training data.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and medical experts to refine bot logic and knowledge bases.
- Stay up-to-date with current medical guidelines, research, and best practices to inform validation processes.
- Participate in quality assurance processes and contribute to the development of validation protocols.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive medical and product information.
Required Skills
- Proven medical background or experience (e.g., nursing, medical assistant, health information management, paramedicine).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to patient safety.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a healthcare-related field.

- Prior experience in content moderation, quality assurance, or data validation roles, especially in a remote setting.
