Job Description
Are you a charismatic driver with a passion for music, lighting, and creating an electrifying atmosphere? Tri-City Elite Celebrations is seeking a High Energy Party Chauffeur with a special focus on managing our vehicle’s cutting-edge music and lighting systems. This isn’t just a driving job; it’s about being the conductor of an mobile party, ensuring our clients have the time of their lives while traveling safely and in style. If you have a clean driving record, excellent customer service skills, and a knack for entertainment tech, we want you to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury party vehicles, ensuring passenger comfort and adherence to all traffic laws.
- Act as the primary host, engaging with clients and ensuring their event transportation is exceptional.
- Proficiently manage and customize the on-board music system, playing client-preferred genres and setting the right mood.
- Operate and troubleshoot sophisticated LED lighting systems to create dynamic and festive environments.
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections, including fuel, fluid levels, tire pressure, and entertainment system functionality.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle before, during, and after each event.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, and with any personal belongings.
- Respond calmly and effectively to any on-road situations or client requests.
- Adhere to strict schedules and routes, communicating any delays promptly.
Required Skills
- Valid US Driver's License (Class C minimum, CDL-P endorsement a plus but not required)
- Immaculate driving record with no major violations in the past 5 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Basic technical proficiency with audio and visual equipment (e.g., Bluetooth, AUX, sound mixers)
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events
- High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for creating memorable experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a chauffeur, bus driver, or in event transportation
- Knowledge of various music genres and ability to curate playlists
- Familiarity with Pasco and the wider Tri-Cities area
- First Aid and CPR certification
